BACK ON TRACK

We'll I fell way off the wagon and gained a ton of weight back, but now I have a personal trainer and will log all food choices on here.


let's see how well I can do :)

Here is the plan- Operation MEJ:
eat around 1200 calories per day
work out 5 days a week
  • Monday: Zumba and Cardio Workout
  • Tuesday: Hot Seat and Weight Training
  • Wednesday: Cardio
  • Thursday: Personal Training (weight training)
  • Friday & Saturday: Days off
  • Sunday: Cardio
